    • Establish the supremacy of Qur’an and Sunnah; repeal all laws contradictory to them.
    • Uphold the Finality of Prophethood and protect the honor of all Prophets at all costs.
    • Make the decisions of the Federal Shariah Court final and beyond malicious challenge.
  • Strengthen Parliament as supreme guardian of Islam, Constitution, and civil governance.
  • Launch a Legislators’ Training Academy to build capacity of parliamentarians.
  • Require parliamentary ratification for all international treaties (strategic, trade, educational, etc.).
  • Grant administrative, financial, and judicial autonomy to the Election Commission.
  • Promote proportional representation through coordination among national political parties.
  • Establish an independent commission to vet fitness, integrity & reputation of MNAs, Senators, and MPAs under Articles 62‑63.
  • Revise resource‑sharing via the National Finance Commission.
  • Introduce constitutional protections for local government and municipal elections.

  • Cut non‑development expenditure by 30%, eradicate waste in public institutions.
  • Appoint capable management to transform public enterprises into profitable entities rather than privatizing them.
  • Remove luxury vehicles and free fuel benefits from top officeholders (e.g. Presidents, PMs, CJ, ministers).
  • End tax exemptions for wealthy elites—save over Rs. 200 billion annually.
  • Create an effective accountability system under the Constitution to eliminate corruption.
  • Provinces hold primary rights over their natural resources.
  • Remove unnecessary check-posts nationwide.
  • Implement the “Rights of Two Gwadar” pact with Balochistan government.
  • Engage with aggrieved Baloch tribes and integrate them into national mainstream.
  • Increase NFCE award share for KP, provinces affected by terrorism.
  • Bring merged districts of former FATA to parity via special development packages.
  • Establish Provincial Real Estate Authorities to protect housing victims’ rights.
  • Create Waste Management Authorities in all cities.
  • Present holistic development plans for Karachi and implement the “Rights of Two Karachi” agreement.
  • Restore Bahawalpur Province.
  • Create South Punjab as a separate administrative province, ensuring parity with developed areas.
  • Provide free compulsory education up to matric and equal access to higher education within Islamic limits.
  • Secure women’s rights to inheritance and property per Shariah.
  • Eliminate social injustices: dowry abuse, forced marriages, honor violence, Vani, Watta Satta, Qaro Kari, and so-called honor killings.
  • Set up separate desks for women in all public service institutions.
  • Lift the ban on students’ unions; hold elections in all educational institutions.
  • Provide leaseholds of barren land on easy terms to graduates.
  • Establish a Youth Bank offering interest‑free loans and vocational training.
  • Under Pakistan Digital Program, supply youth with affordable internet, laptops, and computers, plus training.
  • Allocate funds in budgets to build sports facilities in every city and village.
  • Provide separate sports fields and recreational programs for young women within Islamic culture.
  • Abolish interest on agricultural loans.
  • Provide farmers with subsidized access to power, water, diesel, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
  • Distribute unused state land to landless farmers and tenants, subject to development conditions.
  • Fix prices on fertilizer bags to prevent overcharging.
  • Ban residential schemes on farmland; prepare a comprehensive rural development plan offering urban-level infrastructure in villages.
  • Develop agro-based industries in rural areas.
  • Formulate a National Labour Policy in line with the teachings of the Prophet ﷺ.
  • Ensure permanent employment instead of daily wage, across public and private sectors.
  • Set minimum wages based on inflation rates
  • Share factory profits with workers as stakeholders.
  • Use the term “Pakistani community” instead of minority when referring to non-Muslim citizens.
  • Guarantee equal access to education, employment, and civil rights without discrimination.
  • Protect the life, property, honor, and places of worship of all religious communities.
  • Increase salaries and pensions annually in line with inflation.
  • Automate pension payments for retirees, widows, and dependents.
  • Reserve quotas in employment and education for persons with disabilities.
  • Simplify processes for passports, CNICs, immigration, customs, and travel to/from Pakistan
  • Develop a comprehensive National Security Policy with input from experts and political parties, ratified by Parliament.
  • Advance Pakistan’s nuclear program; reject any external pressure to abandon it.
  • Equip land, air, and naval forces with modern weapons and technology.
  • Appoint Chiefs of Services based on seniority and merit, subject to parliamentary approval.
  • Reject any foreign entity’s access to Pakistan’s defense boundaries or classified information.
  • Center external affairs on Islamic unity, Pakistan’s security, and Kashmir’s self-determination.
  • Strengthen relations with OIC member states, focusing on defense, education, and economics.
  • Prioritize ties with Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, and other Muslim countries.
  • Complete CPEC projects swiftly, maintaining friendly and strategic relations with China.
  • Maintain diplomatic and trade relations with India, focusing on Kashmir resolution and restoration of its status.
  • Reject recognition of the Israeli state; no diplomatic ties.
  • Ensure all foreign treaties align with Islamic principles and honor the Constitution.
